You are important to us, and as a ResumeLeader client, all your personal information will be protected.  ResumeLeader will keep confidential your credit card numbers, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, and all other pertinent information to the best of its ability.  ResumeLeader will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless you grant us permission to do or we are required to do so by law.

Contacting You
We at ResumeLeader recognize that most clients are conducting a confidential job search.  We will contact you in which ever method you designate, email or phone, and with the utmost discretion.   If we reach a voicemail system or a secretary, our policy is to leave a personal name and number.  We never leave our business name.   Nor do we provide any information regarding the nature of the call.

Sharing of Information
ResumeLeader may use your information to make you aware of any of our additional products and services that we believe may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding site changes with your authorization.   Again, you may opt-out of receiving certain services or communications from us simply by calling our toll-free number and leaving a message.

ResumeLeader may conduct surveys or provide areas within our site where you can submit feedback to us.   There is no requirement to provide such information, but if you do, any such information and feedback submitted to us becomes the property of ResumeLeader.   We may use this information and feedback for marketing purposes or to improve our client services.

ResumeLeader does not want to receive any confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site that is not directly related to the preparation and distribution of your resume.  Any information that is sent to ResumeLeader that is non-personal information or material sent to ResumeLeader that is not for the direct purpose of resume, cover-letter, or thank-you letter preparation will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending ResumeLeader any non-personal information or material, you grant ResumeLeader an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that ResumeLeader is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any reason other than resume preparation.

We are very confident in our high level of service, so we guarantee all of our resumes.  It is important to us that your job search is successful, and we go a step beyond the others to make certain that it is.   If, after having us write your resume, you do not get a job interview within 30 days, we will rewrite your resume for free.
